Es sind nun einige Tage seit unserer Hochzeit auf der wunderschönen Insel Maui vergangen. Auch Dank dir, Michael, wurde dies für uns zu einem unvergesslichen Tag. Es war direkt eine super Stimmung und völlig unkompliziert- du bist auf uns als Paar und auf unsere Wünsche sehr gut eingegangen und hast uns in die unterschiedlichsten kreativen Posen geführt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Zusammenarbeit zwischen dir und dem Videograph hat klasse funktioniert. Es war phantastisch, dass du uns direkt am nächsten Tag bereits 5 bearbeitete Bilder per WhatsApp zugesendet hast, so konnten wir diese direkt an unsere Familie und Freunde zu Hause weiterleiten, die natürlich schon sehnsüchtig darauf gewartet haben. Tausend Dank für die tolle Zeit und die perfekten Bilder!! Jeder der auf Maui heiratet sollte dich als Fotografen haben!!!

We had an incredible experience with Michael and Maui Wedding Photography. We booked him 5 days before the wedding and told him we were camera shy and nervous about this part of our wedding. From the first time we spoke, Michael made me feel comfortable and confident. He was in constant communication with us, and the officiant, making us feel like it was one less thing to worry about. While the photos were being taken, Michael had wonderful energy in giving us solid direction on what to do. Instead of being nervous and uncomfortable, we actually had a lot of fun during the photo shoot. We were blown away when we received our photos back. He was so patient and made sure we were in the right place and at the right time with the sun and they came out so much better than we ever thought they could. I highly recommend him!

Michael Hannig gave expert advice how/where to plan the ceremony and pictures along the way to our final sunset destination. This advice was nice to have since we were coming from the Mid-West and perfectly spot-on. We love our pictures and will cherish them always. Thank you Michael!

Michael effortlessly put us in the positions along the beach, outcroppings, lava flows, and ocean front for fabulous settings. I like his planned and room for spontaneity approach. The candid shots are my favorites. Photos he took when I could have no idea he was shooting are so natural and peaceful. Just like the experience. Nice work on a touch up to cut my wind blown hair back in place. He’s a good guy. Smart. Sincere. Calm.

Michael was a stand up guy and made this stressful life changing experience a breeze. He was fun and loose and had a plan for us to make sure we made the most of our time (especially, with the sun coming down quick around sunset). Then we get to the actual photos, which you can see in a post he made on 3/7/2019, and they are breathtaking! Honestly, I would not have made any other change or choice when it comes to capturing this special life moment (engagement). Thank you!!

My now fiancé surprised me with a proposal during our vacation in Maui. Little did I know, Michael was there taking pictures of our perfect moment. He is so incredibly talented – the pictures turned out absolutely amazing. Our engagement took place at sunset on a beach. The way he was able to capture the different lighting and reflections in the water is spectacular. We’ve been obsessing over these pictures and so have our friends and family. Michael was great to work with and the turnaround time was so fast! We received digital copies of the pictures within a few days. I highly recommend him!

I had the best experience with Michael shooting my wedding. He is incredibly talented, well prepared and very friendly and kind.
